01. Payments & Booking

  • A minimum of 50% of the order amount is payable at the time of booking.
  • Delivery of goods is processed only after 100% payment is received.
  • A proper GST Tax Invoice is issued at the time of dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

02. Warranty & Damages

  • We proudly provide a 1-Year Warranty on our premium furniture.
  • Warranty does NOT cover mishandling, physical damage, or improper use after delivery.

03. Refunds & Returns

  • Goods once sold are non-refundable unless found to be defective at the time of delivery.
  • Products are subject to exchange only according to our strict Return Policy.

  • Your personal data is strictly protected and only used to fulfill your orders.
