Order Processing & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after receiving 50% advance payment.

• The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared before dispatch of the order.

• Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India using trusted courier and logistics partners.

• Standard delivery usually takes 8–12 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight, and dimensions.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on selected products.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.

• Reports made after this time may not be eligible for claim.

• Salon Factory is not responsible for courier delays, customs hold-ups, or situations beyond our control.

• Once an order is handed over to the courier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
