At Salon Factory, we are committed to delivering high-quality salon furniture and equipment that meets the expectations of our customers. Every product is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We request you to read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered. This is because our products are often customized, bulky in size, and specially packed to maintain quality and safety standards during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Although we take the utmost care in quality checks and secure packaging, if you receive a product that is:

Damaged in transit

Defective in manufacturing

Different from what you ordered
you must notify us within 100 hours of delivery by sending clear photos/videos of the issue to info@salonfactory.in.
Our team will carefully evaluate your claim and, if approved, we will either:

Provide a replacement of the same product, or

Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Important: Items reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds (If Approved)
Refunds are only applicable if:

The product was delivered in a defective or damaged condition, and
-
A replacement is not available.
Once approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 50 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the amount.
