Salon Factory has the exclusive rights of the logo, design marks, product names, and product designs manufactured and offered for sale by Salon Factory.
Legal Action shall be taken on any person/group/company or organization illegally using any product design, product name, or any other intellectual property of Salon Factory This platform aids in sales and purchase of the furniture and equipment designed and manufactured solely by Salon Factory

By using this website, you assert that you are above 18 years of age and eligible to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree that you are not excluded from receiving Services under the laws as applicable in India.

The company has the right to terminate access to any suspicious users thereby, barring them from the services provided by the website.

The User Agreement is effectual and binding upon your ‘Acceptance’ once you click on the ‘I Accept’ button and/or any other affirmative button provided on the registration page of the website. You cannot access the services of the website if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions and/or not click the ‘Acceptance’ option while registering.

By registering with Salon Factory, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and activities of your registered User ID and Password. Salon Factory has the right to block, terminate, and refuse access to the website if it suspects the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not as per the User Agreement.

Your data is registered and monitored to process your online purchase order and for providing relevant information on the products and services from time to time. Salon Factory may communicate with you through email or other means regarding your order or changes or alterations to the order or for any other promotional purposes.

Salon Factory grants its end users non-exclusive and non-transferable access to view, download, and print the product brochure and/or any other informative material uploaded on this website. The prices of the product are labeled on the website and are mentioned in terms of Indian Rupees. The prices mentioned on this website are for online orders. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without prior notice. The website contacts third-party payment service providers to facilitate the payment transactions from users. These third-party payment service providers may include third party banking or payment gateways, payment aggregators, mobile payment service providers, or through any facility as may be authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund, and remittance, as the case may be of payment or supporting the same in any manner.

The product is dispatched within 1-4 days of order confirmation and delivered in 10 days depending on the delivery location. While ordering customized or pre-order products, delivery may take 12-14 days.
Salon Factory shall not be responsible for delay of delivery of product beyond the estimated time in case of Force Majeure, that is reasons beyond control like nature, Act of God, epidemic, pandemic etc.

In the unlikely situation of receiving a damaged product, users may write to us at salonfactoryluck@gmail.com along with the relevant pictures of damaged products and the invoice of the same within 48 hours of delivery. The product will be replaced with the exact product only if the damaged one is unused.
Cancellation of order may initiate full refund only when order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. Post the 24 hours period, 25% of cancellation fee shall be deducted. No refund after 24 hours on customized and pre-order products

Salon Factory guarantees 2 year warranty on all its manufactured furniture and equipments

You consent to receive messages and newsletters from Salon Factory by SMS and emails. You can unsubscribe / opt-out from receiving communications and newsletters from Salon Factory at any time by following the procedure outlined in the Website.

You provide your accurate and true information while registering with Salon Factory. Your data such as Name, Mobile Number, Address and IP Address may serve as a legal asset if any misconduct, misuse or suspicious activity is found

The product specifications (weight, size, color, etc) mentioned with the product photos are for reference purposes. A little variation may be found between pictures and the actual products. Actual colors of the products may vary due to different capability of computer monitors to display lights

Salon Factory holds the right to terminate your access to the website if the terms and conditions mentioned are violated

The Terms and Conditions will continue to apply until terminated by Salon Factory
