Generally, products are dispatched within 1-4 days after confirmation of order. The shipping time depends on the customer’s location but in most cases does not take more than 10 days. Once the ordered product is shipped, customers are notified about the same on their registered Email ID and Mobile number. They can also track their order from the ‘Track Your Order’ option on our website.
In case of customized or pre-orders, shipment may take an estimated time of 12-14 days. Our customers shall be updated about their order shipment regularly.

Charges for shipment depend on the customer’s location. To determine that, our website informs the customer about their shipment charges once they enter their pin-code in the concerned field while placing their order.
You can easily track your order by logging in to our website and checking the ‘Track Your Order’ page https://salonfactory.in/track_order. Most likely, your orders get delivered before or within the expected time.
If the ordered product is customized or pre-ordered, it may take 12-14 days for long distanced locations. Our team constantly updates you regarding the status of your order shipment.
Once the product is delivered, our team ensures that the ordered furniture is properly situated and if required, assembled. Although, we manufacture our products with the highest standards, kindly make sure to check the product once delivered.
If you find any fault with the nuts, bolts, seating, leather, etc., please inform the delivery person right away to resolve it. In the rare case of a majorly damaged product, write to us at salonfactoryluck@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team would take appropriate actions at their earliest.
