RETURN CANCELLATION POLICY

We take immense delight on our customer’s satisfaction with our products and service. However, if you decide to return or cancel your order, kindly note that:

	We suggest you be present during the delivery of your order. If you find the product damaged, write to us at salonfactoryluck@gmail.com and attach the relevant pictures of the product along with its invoice picture within 48 hours.
	Make sure that the returned product is unused. Else, the returning process shall not proceed.
	Damaged product shall be replaced with the exact product by our team
	An order canceled within 24 hours of placing it shall be eligible for initiating a full refund. Post 24 hours period, 25% of the cancellation charge shall be deducted.
	Cancellations for customized or pre-ordered products are not allowed and would not initiate any refund after 24 hours of placing the order.
	Cancellation after delivery is not allowed.
