RETURN CANCELLATION POLICY

We suggest you be present during the delivery of your order. If you find the product damaged, write to us at salonfactoryluck@gmail.com and attach the relevant pictures of the product along with its invoice picture within 48 hours. | |
Make sure that the returned product is unused. Else, the returning process shall not proceed. | |
Damaged product shall be replaced with the exact product by our team | |
An order canceled within 24 hours of placing it shall be eligible for initiating a full refund. Post 24 hours period, 25% of the cancellation charge shall be deducted. | |
Cancellations for customized or pre-ordered products are not allowed and would not initiate any refund after 24 hours of placing the order. | |
Cancellation after delivery is not allowed. |
