How to check the availability of the product ?

The availability of the product is displayed on the concerned product page and can be checked on the product’s description page on the Salon Factory website.

What are the Shipment Charges?

Shipment charges depend on the location of delivery. You may find shipment charges by sharing your pin-code when you place your order.

How many days does it take to deliver the product ?

In most cases, the product is dispatched within 1-4 days of ordering and reaches the customer within 10 days depending on the location. If the product is customized or pre-ordered, it may take 12-14 days

What payment options can be used for transactions?

We accept payments by Credit Cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), Debit Cards from all the major banks operating in India (Maestro, PayPal, RuPay, Visa), Unified Payment Interface or UPI (Amazon Pay, BHIM, CRED, Google Pay, MobiKwik, PayTm, and PhonePe), Digital Wallets/E-Wallets (Amazon Pay, Google Pay, MobiKwik, PayTm, PhonePe and PayU), Net Banking and Cash/Cheque/DD while placing the order in the store. We do not accept payment on delivery

Can we cancel the order after placing it?

Yes, we have a cancellation policy according to which an order canceled within 24 hours of placing it shall be eligible for initiating a full refund. Post the 24 hours period, 25% of the cancellation charge shall be deducted.
